Heavenly Handcream:
Ingredients = 12g of Cocoa Butter - can substitute Shea Butter; 30mL of Almond Oil; 12g Beeswax; 5 drops Evening Primrose Oil; 5 drops Carrot Oil & 10 drops of your favourite Essential Oils.
Directions = Melt the Cocoa Butter & Beeswax in a bain-marie; add the Almond, Evening Primrose & Carrot Oils.
Finally, follow with the Essential Oils (I like Rosewood, Neroli & Sandalwood, myself - but be sparing with the Sandalwood; it's VERY strong).
For a thinner cream, add more Almond Oil, and for thicker cream, add less.

Really Easy Recipes
Mouthwash:
Don't throw out the old bottle yet - keep it, tear the label off.
Fill with filtered water & add :
1 drop Tea Tree essential oil &
2 drops Peppermint essential oil.
That's it, that's all!
***By the way, this recipe is also good for cleaning baby's changing table. Works like a dream & it's non-toxic.
Baby Skin Cleanser:
As in the other recipe, keep the old bottle. No need to buy a new one just for this.
Fill with 1/2 Chamomile water & 1/2 Lavender water (which you can make yourself if you have the herbs), add a few drops Sweet Almond Oil, 2 tablespoons Aloe Vera liquid & 2 drops Chamomile essential oil.
Window Cleaner:
Take the juice of 1 Lemon, add filtered water, 2 teaspoons of Cider or White Wine Vinegar and add 1 drop Lemon essential oil & 2 drops of either Neroli or Rosewood essential oils (for smell).
Tea For Queasy Stomach - Nausea:
Cut up a small slice of ginger.
Place into boiling water & leave to steep 5 minutes. Remove & add a generous helping of honey (for taste).
Thus we see that the all-important thing is not killing or giving life, drinking or not drinking, living in the town or the country, being lucky or unlucky, winning or losing.
It is HOW we win, HOW we lose, HOW we live or die;
finally, HOW we choose.
We walk, & our religion is shown (even to the dullest & most insensitive person), in HOW we walk.
Living in this world means choosing, & the WAY we choose to walk is infallibly & perfectly expressed in the walk itself.
